Oh gosh I totally had this idea myself! You are fabulous! Trolls groom each other with horse brushes. 
Once I read the warcraft book, and later an article which both mentioned certain types of trolls having short, soft fur, I was like...*grabs brushes* GOOMING TIME!!!! WHoooo! I really wish that when you make a troll character in warcraft that there would be fur options available. *sighs*
